DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once you have placed your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

As your beautiful Bolster Pillow and your fine Bolster Cases are hand made to order, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. 
 

We aim to get your goods to you well before this time, but please bear in mind these are not waiting on the shelf to be picked and packed, they are made to order especially for you.  
 

Once your items have been dispatched you will receive another notification informing you that your order is on its way.

 

Your goods will arrive to your door by Courier service and will need to be signed for.
 

We hope you will be delighted with your goods.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied or unhappy, please contact us immediately.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Goods can be returned to us within 7 days as long as they are unused and in their original wrapping / packaging. 

 

The customer is responsible for returning the goods safely and securely back to us, for which we recommend registered post.

 

The customer is responsible for payment of all postage costs and charges incurred when returning goods.

 

In the event that goods need to be returned to us, please e-mail us as soon as possible at sales@englishbolstercompany.com or phone 07505 711 689 to inform us.
