you are dissatisfied or unhappy, please contact us
immediately using our
contact form or by
phone Goods can be returned to us
within 7 days so long as they are unused and in their original
wrapping/packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the goods safely
back to us, for which we recommend registered post. The customer is also
responsible for payment of all posting costs and charges incurred when returning goods.
Upon satisfactory return of the
goods we will then issue a refund of the purchase price to you.
If after placing your order,
you decide to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately.
As
your goods are custom made to order especially for you, cancellation of orders must be made
within 3 days of the order being placed.
